Yuck. That's miserable. Glad the beta blocker is helping. My BP has been fairly consistent 133/88 for years, but my resting heart rate has been nudged up to the high 90s, sometimes 105 by all the meds I'm on.

It's looking like I'll be getting a gastric sleeve in the next few months which will let me drop at least one of them. (surgery just approved by insurance, but might wait until we're vaccinated)
