Oh gosh, yes, I miss travel so much. I need a good travel buddy... Someone who wants to go somewhere more than Vegas. lol (not that I wouldn't go see more Cirque du Soleil shows there)
I've never done mashed potatoes in an Instant Pot... Maybe I'll try that. It was given to me as a gift and I never think to use it.
